Hamd Beauty is a women-only beauty service in Dubai: every therapist is a woman, and so is every client. A client chooses a time, meets her therapist, and has her nails, hair, makeup, henna or massage done in her own home.
Every therapist carries her own numbered kit. Its metal tools are sterilised in an autoclave after every client day and each cycle is logged, single-use items are opened in front of the client, and the kit's record can be read before the visit.
