Hamd Holdings is a Dubai-based group, formed in 2026, that builds, owns and stewards companies in artificial intelligence, special education and real estate.

Its companies prepare professionals and teams to work with AI, support children with special needs across all seven emirates, and help people buy homes in Dubai. Each is led as a business in its own right, while the group sets the standard they are held to and the long-term course they share.

Hamd means praise.

The word shares its Arabic root with the name of the group's founder and Chairman, Muhammad: the praised one.
